In the cold land of Plogv, is a remote mansion located. It is big, it should be lovely with its warm colours, but there's one problem. After the daughter of the house passed away in a tragic accident the day before her wedding, she continued on existing, unaware. Every day she, Kirse Abend, would not live to see the night, and every day at dawn, she awoke. The family could not take this pain, and all but her mother left.
Several years later, a maid was hired to clean the place up to make it a museum. Tjenerinde was the girl's name. She encountered the dead girl and formed a friendship with her. Only a few hours later, Kirse would ask Tjenerinde to do her hair in place of her mother. When she turned to look in the mirror, however, no reflection stared back at her. Kirse panicked but the world had finally noticed that she wasn't supposed to be alive. She melted into the ground in a gorey pile and there was nothing Tjenerinde could do.
But of course, Kirse returned the next morning and greeted her again as if they had never met before.
